so Hillary lied about NAFTA

by twit

It turns out that it was actually the Clinton campaign that told Canada not to worry about all of the anti-NAFTA rhetoric.

with thanks to Wonkette, for the link to this:

“Quite a few people heard it,” said one source in the room.

“He said someone from (Hillary) Clinton’s campaign is telling the embassy to take it with a grain of salt. . . That someone called us and told us not to worry.”

Government officials did not deny the conversation took place.

the content of Mr. Brodie’s remarks was passed on to CTV’s Washington bureau and their White House correspondent set out the next day to pursue the story on Ms. Clinton’s apparent hypocrisy on the North American Free Trade Agreement.

Although CTV correspondent Tom Clark mentioned Ms. Clinton in passing, the focus of his story was on assurances from the Obama camp.

… The report wound up on YouTube and caused an uproar in the U.S. race — influencing the final days of the critical Ohio primary, with every indication it will also play a role in the upcoming Pennsylvania vote.

via Beertap, here’s Keith Olbermann spelling out the latest news:

I said it before and I’ll say it again…

Twit, it’s gonna take quite a few beers to cast a vote for Hillary if she wins this thing…

Why is the mainstream media not all over this?(besides countdown on msnbc)

I used to like hillary, but now, I would not vote for her, even in the general election. She is not running her campain in an ethical way.

and yet the big story of the day is that an unpaid Obama adviser resigned for calling Hillary Clinton a “monster.” recockulous.

    here’s what the hillary said:

“I think that it is important to look at what she and his other advisers say behind closed doors, particularly when they are talking to foreign governments and foreign press”

she said like she didn’t have to fire multiple advisers for nasty things they said about Obama or that is is apparently her fucking campaign that was talking to foreign governments, reassuring them that she is only political posturing when talking about NAFTA…

The only way to move past this type of politics is to vote out all these baby boomer bastards. i am done with them.

by the way, here’s the full ‘monster’ quote:

“She is a monster too – that is off the record – she is stooping to anything.”

funny, apparently “off the record” means different things to journalists in america as it does to journalists in britain…
